This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. No account is created and no browsing profile is built.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, to scope and price the work you have asked about, and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The service-area map on our contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap. When that map loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address in the ordinary course of serving map tiles. We do not pass any of your submitted information to them.
Photography on this website is served from Unsplash. Loading those images discloses your IP address to Unsplash in the same way any externally hosted image would.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by our record-keeping and contractual obligations.
Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure; please do not send passwords, credentials, card numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the contact form.
